The 2017 annual Tulip Grove “Christmas Home” award was presented by Hal Perry to Tabitha Connolly and Collin New who reside at 509 St. Paul Drive. This was the 14th year of the holiday season promotion. Tabitha grew up as a young child with parents who had a strong passion for decorating for Christmas and spreading the joy of the “Season of Light” in the Neely’s Bend area in Madison. She has that same passion as a young woman and mother today. Collin picked up the Christmas decorating bug from Tabitha and hasn’t looked back since! It’s now truly a family tradition and their 6 year old son Brodie picks out a new decorative item now each year to add to the wonderful collection. They also have 3 dogs that roam the property and try to keep up with Brodie! It makes their hearts happy and full of joy when they notice folks stopping to look at their display or taking photos.
Tabitha and Collin have lived in Tulip Grove for 10 years now. They both love living in the Tulip Grove neighborhood area and are so grateful for their good neighbors. The local Christmas season promotion has been loyally supported by several generous Hermitage merchants who have been engaged now for 14 years in full support. tulipgroveassoc@ gmail.com
