Add a HomeGoods home furnishings store to the list of retail tenants now open at the $200 million mixed-use development rising at One Bellevue Place.
According to the Davidson County Assessor of Property, a lease for the property is filed for just over a decade with four five-year extension options. The store is occupying a 25,000-square-foot space. Overall, the 87-acre, 1 million-square-foot One Bellevue Place is expected to include roughly 350,000 square feet of retail space.
HomeGoods joins Burlington Coat Factory, specialty grocer Sprouts Farmers Market, and a Carmike Cinemas theater among the tenants now open at the mixed-use development.
With the store now open, this is the retailers fourth Nashville area location. There is a standalone HomeGoods store in Hendersonville. The two other Nashville area stores in Brent- wood and Mt. Juliet share space with T.J. Maxx department stores.
