Hooligans’ Christmas Dinner

IMG_1424Political movers and shakers who annually gather on Saint Patrick’s Day did a little early planning at their Christmas dinner at Mere Bulles in Brentwood. Adam Dread introduced his Palm Beach visitor Ann Hart. Father Jim Zralek came with Father Joseph Breen to see that the gathering was doubly blessed. Former Rep. Murphy escorted his chip-off-the-block daughter, Council Lady Kathleen Murphy (24). Mike Murphy’s 1986 legislative fundraiser was the reason Hooligans’ St. Patrick’s Day began in 31 years ago. Eddie Bryan, for whom an AFL-CIO Scholarship is named, Flo Bogan, former Councilman Buddy Baker and Jane Delaney all shared a table. Shaking hands were Judge Bill and Peggy Faimon, John and Wendy Steinhouse, Ted and Patsy Potter, and Jim and Juana Campbell. Among those spotted in the crowd: Julianne and David Smith, Joe and Elizabeth Hobbs, Don Hill, Jack Spann, and Dawn and Tee Gorham. Patsy Cobb took the stage to wish her husband, Metro Codes Director Terry, a happy birthday. Was this one his 29th?
