Goat yoga coming to Hillsboro High School for one day

The Hillsboro High School PTSO and Shenanigoats, Nashville’s premiere goat services company, are bringing one of the hottest trends in yoga to Green Hills for one day only as a school fundraiser. There’s something special about doing yoga with a bunch of friendly, frolicking, and adorable goats. Whether the person is a first timer or a seasoned yogi, this is a can’t-miss experience!

Three classes will be offered on Saturday, January 20. The 9:30 a.m. class is for kids 12 and under only; the 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. classes will be open to all ages and all ability levels. All classes are open to the public.

For individuals interested in attending, please bring your own mat and a water bottle. Feel free to arrive a little early to spend some quality time with the goats.

Classes will be held in the Hillsboro gym, which is directly across from the main entrance to the Mall at Green Hills on Hillsboro Road.

Instructors will be Hillsboro teachers Shreyas Patel and Amanda Davoli.
