Tara Mitchell has joined the ESa team as an Administrative Assistant supporting Construction Contract Administration. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and a Master of Science degree in Architecture and Construct- ion Visualization from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She was previously with an architecture firm in Jackson, Mississippi.

First Community Mortgage
Nathan Graham has been named the new Regional Manager and Vice President of Business Development for First Community Mortgage (FCM), according to an announcement by Keith Canter, CEO of FCM. In his new position, Graham will continue to build on the increasing mortgage sales volume for FCM. His responsibilities will include coaching current FCM Loan Officers, recruiting and developing additional team members, coordinating sales, and representing FCM in area networking groups focused both on the community and the profession.
Graham is a successful 15-year veteran of sales leadership in the mortgage profession in Middle Tennessee, specializing in sales, recruitment, and development. He was most recently with Movement Mortgage and was previously associated with First Residential Mortgage, and United Financial Mortgage. He is an active member of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association, and a graduate of Mississippi State University. Nate and his wife, Suzanne, have been married 9 years. They live in Brentwood with their two sons Gardner (8) and William (7).

Integrated Healing Technologies, LLC
Integrated Healing Technologies, LLC (IHT) is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Fisher as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Fisher will provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization and serve as its chief financial spokesperson in all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, and se- curing new funding.
Holding various leadership and management roles at venerable institutions like Pinnacle Financial Partners and Sun- Trust Robinson-Humphrey, Fisher joins the IHT team with more than 40 years of experience in banking, finance, and healthcare. More recently, his primary focus has been on the healthcare industry. Joining Aegis Sciences Corporation in 2008, Fisher became its chief financial officer and chief culture officer, and in 2014 he became the first executive vice president and chief financial officer at Covenant Surgical Partners, Inc.
As CFO of Covenant Surgical Partners, Fisher managed a 60-person team, led a high yield bond indenture and secured a bank credit facility with local bank participation. During his six-year tenure at Aegis Sciences Corporation, Fisher helped to build best-in-class accounting, materials management, and revenue cycle teams and participated in two successful private equity recapitalizations.
In addition to his finance and healthcare expertise, Fisher is an active community member, constantly engaging in new opportunities that will grow and support Nashville. Fisher currently serves on the board of directors of Gilda’s Club of Nashville and the advisory board for Mental Health America of Middle Tennessee, an involvement with its mission since 1993. He also devotes his time to Nashville Rotary Club, Leadership Nashville, West End United Methodist Church, and his family.
Fisher received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and history from Vanderbilt University and his master’s degree in financial management from Tennessee State University. He also attended Tennessee School of Banking and Universi- ty of Virginia School of Retail Banking to further his education and banking career.

Crestview Funds, a Nashville-based real estate investment and management firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Craig Laine as principal of Crestview Brokerage, LLC. Laine has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Crestview Funds, Laine worked at CBRE as the director of project management where he managed and led both Nashville and Memphis project management efforts. Before CBRE, he spent twenty years at Highwoods Properties as director of development and was responsible for executing the planning, design, engineering, and construction of Class A multitenant office buildings and build-to-suit projects. In addition to his diverse real estate expertise, Laine is an active community member and leader. He previously served as Head of the Boards of Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee, and the Rotary Club of Green Hills. He currently devotes his time to St. George’s Episcopal Church, The University of the South, and his family.
Laine earned his bachelor’s degree from Sewanee: The University of the South and his Master of Business Admini- stration from Emory University.

Attorney Hannah J. Smith has joined Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison as an associate. She will work in the trusts, estates, and tax groups.
Smith was previously an associate at Holton & Mayberry, PC, where she counseled clients on a broad range of tax, business, and wealth planning matters. A 2010 graduate of Vanderbilt Univer- sity Law School, she earned her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College Of Law. She is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and American Bar Association. She has been a member of the Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee since 2011.
A native of Florida, Smith lives in Nashville. She is an active member of the Junior League of Nashville, an organization committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community. She also is a Young Leaders Council alumna and currently serves as a YLC Intern on the Board of Directors for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville.
