The Andrews Agency has named Jena Thomas as president and partner. Throughout the 27-year history of The Andrews Agency, their philosophy as an agency has been to under commit and over deliver, and Thomas em- bodies that principle. Founding partner Susan Andrews Thompson will remain involved in the agency’s operations as chief executive officer, as they continue to deliver results for their clients.

The Housing Fund has named Marshall E. Crawford, Jr. as its new president and chief executive officer.
Crawford, 51, most recently served as president of the housing and multifamily development division of Community Ventures Corporation in Lexington, Ky.

The Housing Fund is a nonprofit organization that provides resources and creative leadership to help individuals and communities create and maintain affordable and healthy places in which low- and moderate-income people can live.

Crawford will assume his duties later this month, replacing Joan Davis, who has served as interim director for the past year. Crawford’s experience includes stints with Neighbor- works America as senior director for the Southern Region from 2003 to 2016, the Office of Thrift Supervision for the Department of the Treasury from 1999 to 2003, loan officer with Prudential Savings Bank in 1999, and small business loan officer with the Small Business Administration. He worked in Nashville in 1995 at then Third National Bank.

Crawford served in the U.S. Army from 1987 to 1992 as a logistics specialist with station postings in Fort Knox, Ky, and Nuremberg, Germany.

Crawford, a 1995 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, received a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2006. He also earned an executive leadership certification from Georgetown University in 2016.

The Lipman Group Sotheby’s International Realty recently welcomed Kristin Hood as agent and Chris Hall and Matt Kirkegaard to the team as affiliate brokers.

Hood launched her career in 2000 as an onsite sales manager for The Jones Company of Tennessee, LLC, a local custom-builder in Nashville, Tennessee.

Throughout her career, Hood has accumulated several awards including 16 “Circle of Excellence” awards and ten “Platinum Level” awards from the Middle Tennessee Sales and Marketing Council.

As a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Hood has used her knowledge of new construction to help build homes locally. Since becoming a realtor, Hood has helped build and sell more than 450 homes. She is extremely dedicated to the community and has a passion for helping clients find their model home.

Hood received degrees from Columbia State Community College and O’More School of Design in Franklin. She also earned her prestigious realtor designation, Certified Sales Professional (CPS), to further her education and career.

Chris Hall

Joining the team with more than 17 years of real estate experience at accredited companies like Park Realty, Reliant Realty and Crye-Leike Realtors, Hall’s primary focus is in residential sales. As an associate broker licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, Hall has developed a keen understanding of how to find the right property for his buyers and how to effectively promote and position a home for those looking to sell.

Hall also uses his experience in relocation and foreclosure to walk clients through every step of the buying and selling processes. From a showing to the closing, he works diligently to ensure his clients’ needs are met with professionalism and care.

Hall graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. Furthering his education and career, he has received designations such as ABR, E-PRO, GRI, and CRS. Hall is a member of the National Realtors Association, the Atlanta Realtors Association, and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR). In 2010, he was named “National Rookie of the Year” and a “National Top Producer” by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

 Matt Kirkegaard

As a professional musician, Kirkegaard is intimately acquainted with the industry that makes Nashville tick. He has lived or worked in most areas of the city, giving him first-hand experience of the ever-changing Nashville market and lifestyle. Kirkegaard’s passion for real estate and well-rounded experience in the music industry offers a unique approach to the buying and selling processes in Nashville.

Prior to joining the Lipman Group Sotheby’s International Realty, Kirkegaard was a realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. He leveraged his extensive network to negotiate deals on both the residential and commercial sides, helping individuals and businesses close chapters and begin new journeys. Before Keller Williams, Kirkegaard was a recruiter at Provisions Group, where he finely tuned his networking, client relations, and communication skills.  Kirkegaard received his bachelor’s degree in professional ministries from Mid-America Christian University.

Parks in Mt. Juliet is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Coleman to the Parks Family of Realtors®.
Coleman is a native to Mt. Juliet which has made her familiar with Nashville and the surrounding areas. She received her B.S. in Integrated Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
She worked as a special education teacher at Mt. Juliet Middle School for two years but always kept real estate in the back of her mind as a potential career goal. Her love of helping people helped her take the leap of faith into her new career, and she’s eager to help her clients with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
