Kyriopoulos comes to StyleBlueprint from Cracker Barrel, where she served as manager for financial and strategic planning and investor relations. Before joining Cracker Barrel, she was founder and president of children’s clothing company Coco Bonbons Inc. She spent nearly a decade in investment banking early in her career. This included stints with J.C. Bradford and Co., and then as vice president of investment banking for Robert W. Baird and Co. An Atlanta native, Kyriopoulos received a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University. She also has an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Originally from Western, N.Y., Enders has worked with the public since 1996 as an independent contractor working with home construction, contracting, grading/excavation and home inspections. A member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Enders specializes in listing and selling residential real estate and investment properties. In 2002, he earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. Enders is trained in home inspections, radon detection, is an ICC certified building inspector and a licensed Tennessee building contractor.
Julie Seiber has recently joined the team, bringing a diverse background to the real estate industry. Seiber chose Benchmark because “I love Benchmark’s morals and principles. They are an honest company.”
A member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Tennessee Association of Realtors, Seiber specializes in residential real estate, assisting first-time buyers, listing agents, buying agents and investment properties. Seiber will be serving the Rutherford County and surrounding areas. She attended D&D School of Real Estate. She is an active member of Springhouse Worship and Arts Center in Smyrna.
Before joining Scout, Long worked at the IT staffing agency Robert Half Technology as the Indianapolis, Indiana branch manager. While at Robert Half Technology, she earned “Reach for the Stars” recognition, which is given to those who reach a distinguished level of performance.
Long also gained recruiting experience at DSS Consulting, where she worked as an area manager, also in Indianapolis, Indiana, for two years. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in business management.
Barge Waggoner Sumner and Cannon
Barge Waggoner Sumner and Cannon announced that Paul Darr, ASLA, has been promoted to Landscape Architect in the firm’s Nashville office. In addition to his master planning and design duties, his new role will include assisting with permitting and zoning responsibilities for projects in the Nashville market.
Darr is a Registered Landscape Architect in Tennessee, and has been with Barge Waggoner since 2007, providing landscape architectural services in the firm’s Chattanooga office. Darr graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee in 2002, and obtained a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from North Carolina State University in 2005. He is involved with the American Society of Landscape Architects at both the state and national level.
Campbell is a partner attorney at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP in Nashville. His practice consists of business and commercial transactions with a primary focus on commercial real estate and in public private partnerships. Prior to joining Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, Campbell practiced more than 20 years at Nashville’s Donelson Stokes and Bartholomew. Campbell graduated with honors in 1983 from University of Tennessee College of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Wake Forest University.
Tennessee Historical Society
Buchanan concentrates on real estate law, representing a NYSE-listed REIT, mortgage lenders, landlords and tenants of commercial properties. He also represents a major corporate healthcare company in its leasing activity.
He previously served as a director for the Tennessee Historical Society, a nonprofit organization founded in 1849 that promotes interest and preservation of all matters relating to the history of Tennessee. Buchanan is the society’s 34th president. Buchanan received a bachelor of science in pre-med from Davidson College and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Simmons has more than thirteen years of experience in public relations, marketing and program management in the financial, technology, fashion and music industries.
In her new role, Simmons will recruit registered Davidson County voters to work elections August 7 and November 4 through public speaking forums for local groups and other outreach activities. She will also manage the Poll Official Coordination Department for all upcoming Davidson County elections.
Earl Swensson Associates (ESa) ranks third in the nation of the Top 5 Design Firms, according to the May issue of Architectural Record magazine. The firms are ranked by healthcare construction starts January 2011 through February 2014, according to McGraw hill Dodge Analytics.
ESa is a 53-year-old design firm headquartered in Nashville that provides the services of architecture, interior architecture, master planning and space planning.
