Brian Dunn has joined Civil Site Design Group as land planner / landscape architect. He has more than ten years of multi-industry design experience.
Dunn has particular expertise in golf course architecture, landscape architecture, facility planning, and environmental consulting. He was previously with Structural Detailing, LLC, and spent seven years with Kevin Tucker Design Group.
A 2007 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, he served in the Student Government Association as a senator for the College of Environment and Design, and as president of the Arch Society.

Austin Rissler recently joined Fifth Third Bank’s Commercial Middle Market Division as assistant vice president/commercial relationship manager for the Tennessee region, focusing on middle market companies and corporations across various industry verticals that are seeking ideas around lending, capital markets, and treasury management.
Austin has six years of experience in the financial services industry and previously served as assistant vice president in the Wholesale Credit organization of Bank of America-Merrill Lynch in Charlotte, NC.
A Nashville resident, Austin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University, and his Masters in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Business (Vanderbilt University.)

Originally from Michigan, Erickson moved to Nashville in 1995 and is proud to call Nashville home. After graduating from Western Michigan University’s business school with a BBA degree in Marketing and Communication, Erickson worked for five years at the Kirsch Company. There she held the position of Marketing Product Manager. Her strong marketing skills, analytical ability and passion for client satisfaction were a natural fit for her move to real estate. Erickson is excited to be part of the Fridrich and Clark Realty family and brings extensive knowledge of new construction, property development, luxury home sales, marketing, and negotiation skills to the team along with her 20+ years of residential real estate experience. Erickson most recently worked with Developer, Southern Land Company, representing the neighborhoods of Windstone, Laurelbrooke and Westhaven. She is currently representing the neighborhoods of Witherspoon in Brentwood, Richland Hall in West End/ Nashville, and The Grove in College Grove. Huff considers herself a Nashville native, having moved from Los Angeles just in time to start kindergarten and continued through her college years at Belmont University. After graduation Ashlyne went into the music business and then transitioned into Real Estate in 2012. Growing up in a musician’s family, she loves the creative worlds of music, both singing and songwriting as well as writing novels and making stationery from scratch. Huff loves working with first time home buyers, creative types and introducing clients to Nashville’s local spots. She is thrilled to be a new team member in the Starling Davis Group.
Riley, a Nashville native, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a degree in Marketing and Finance. After working as an underwriter at Blue Cross Blue Shield she worked for the family insurance agency, Polk & Sullivan, Inc. She has volunteered on various committees at Ensworth School, Harpeth Hall School, the Nashville Figure Skating Club, Junior League of Nashville, Delta Delta Delta Alumnae Chapter, Friends of Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and her alma mater UNC-Chapel Hill. Riley offers a firsthand perspective to her clients whether first time buyers, investors, moving up or downsizing to the next chapter of their lives. Mocha Club announces Emily Blackledge has been promoted from within by the Board of Directors and will now serve as the organization’s new President.
Blackledge most recently served as the Vice President of International Program for Mocha Club. She has been part of the staff since 2010 and involved with the organization since 2005. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, she completed her undergraduate degree in International Political Economy at Belmont University, then spent time in Washington DC working with the President’s Initiative for Workforce Development. Blackledge received her Master’s degree in International Relations and African Studies from Boston University before returning to Nashville in 2008. She has taught international development and international politics at Belmont University and was the Sam Walton Fellow in charge of international projects for the Belmont chapter of ENACTUS before joining Mocha Club in 2010. Emily and her husband Rob live in Nashville with their son Fletcher.

Chicago-based Magellan Development Group has hired Steve Navarrete and Kala Geers as leasing agents and Katie Eadler as administrative assistant at The SoBro, downtown Nashville’s luxury rental apartment high-rise.
Navarrete is a Nashville native with both leasing and sales experience. His background is in customer service, retail and telecommunications.
Geers is a native of Dallas, Texas, with experience in customer service and sales. She worked as a leasing consultant at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas before moving to Nashville to expand her residential real estate expertise.
Eadler, a Nashville native, received her Bachelor of Science degree in mass communication and public relations with minors in business administration and art from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003. She has held positions as an executive administrator at the Center for Nonprofit Management and the Tennessee Wildlife Federation, among others.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center
Craig Lindsley, Ph.D., a leader of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine’s groundbreaking drug discovery program, is the 2017 recipient of the Pharmacia-ASPET Award in Experimental Therapeutics from the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (ASPET).
ASPET said Lindsley was honored for “his pioneering use of technology-enabled synthesis, which led to fundamental and transforming effects on medicinal chemistry, pharmacology and drug discovery.” The award will be presented April 22 during ASPET’s annual meeting in Chicago.
Colleen Morton, M.D., has joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) as section chief of Classical Hematology, a specialty also known as “benign hematology” because it covers all blood disorders that are not cancer.
In the newly created position, Morton oversees VUMC’s treatment of patients with bleeding disorders like von Willebrand disease, blood clotting disorders including deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary emboli, abnormal blood counts like anemia, low platelets and low white blood counts, and inherited disorders like sickle cell disease or hemochromatosis.
