Brian Landry, PE, joins Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc., as Electrical Engineer in the Industrial and Building Services Business Unit.
Prior to joining Barge Waggoner, Landry was Estimating Team Leader at Stansell Electric Company. As an estimator and engineer for Stansell for the past ten years, Landry was involved in hundreds of projects from the bid phase to the final construction. Landry has also worked on several Design Build projects including the decorative lighting of the Korean Veterans Bridge, a signature project in Nashville.
Landry earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, and a Master of Business Administration from Cumberland University. He is registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee.
Landry serves as a board member on Intelligent Transportation Society of Tennessee and is affiliated with the Tennessee Road Builders Association, Kentucky Association Highway Contractors, and the Association of Highway Engineers.
Earl Swensson Associates (ESa)
Tom Sams has joined ESa’s construction contract administration team. Most recently, Sams was an independent contractor with Mason Bleau Architects in Tampa, FL. He earned a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and a Construction Technology Degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
Ingram Content Group
Ingram Content Group has announced a promotion and three new associates to the company.
Roger Lee has joined Ingram as Vice President, Credit for Ingram Content Group. He will oversee Global Credit Operations. Lee is succeeding Rob Montgomery who will be retiring shortly after the end of the year.
Lee is a seasoned credit professional leading credit organizations in a variety of industries for more than 18 years.
Prior to coming to Ingram, he served in various roles with Baker & Taylor, Caleres/Brown Shoe Company, Perry Ellis International and Rexall Sundown.
He is a native of Gloucester, MA and an alumnus of Bryant University.
Bonnie Dailey has been named Client Implementation Manager for Ingram Publisher Services. Dailey will be based in LaVergne, TN, and will be managing the day-to-day operational relationships with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) clients, as well as with managing the integration of new 3PL clients.
Previously in her career, Dailey held several positions with Geodis Contract Logistics, most recently as Senior Implementation Analyst and Quality Supervisor.
Dailey graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science-Aerospace Dispatch / Scheduling and Industrial Engineering.
Bunmi Western has joined Ingram Publisher Services as their Sales and Marketing Director in the London office. As part of Ingram Publisher Services, she’ll be working with customers across IPS, Perseus Distribution, Publishers Group West, Consortium and Legato.
Most recently, she held leadership positions with Atlantic Books, where she served as part of the Atlantic Books Executive Team and as a member of the Board of Directors. For over six years she was the UK & International Sales Director for both print and digital sales and led her team to deliver profitable sales growth and increase discoverability in all territories.
Western is a native of England.
Amanda Aleksey has been promoted to a newly created position of Manager, Client Relations for Ingram Publish- er Services’ International Customers (IPS, Perseus Distribution, Publishers Group West, Consortium and Legato). Her primary responsibility will be as the liaison between our client publishers and the international sales team. She most recently held the position of International Marketing Manager, where she has been focused on analyzing sales and developing marketing strategies to help grow a publisher’s business.
In 2015, Aleksey joined Ingram from Penguin Random House. She has over seven years of experience in marketing and publishing, with previously held positions at Alfred A. Knopf as Media Buyer and Marketing Coordinator, editorial intern at Continuum International Publishing (now Bloomsbury Continuum), and agent assistant intern at Ayesha Pande Literary.

Affeldt discovered his passion for real estate while backpacking through 35 cities and 17 countries with his wife. As he set out on his adventure to study the culture, architecture, community and diversity of many unique locations, he knew he had a calling to help others find their abiding home.
Moving from the West Coast in 2009, Affeldt came to the Volunteer State as a hungry musician eager to take advantage of Music City. In his first year, he earned the opportunity to work and travel with music stars such as Sugarland, Lady Antebellum, Sara Bareilles and One Republic.
A member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Affeldt graduated from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration. Outside of real estate he can be found composing music for network television such as ABC, CBS, NBC, MTV, HGTV and Discovery.
