Baker Donelson

Baker Donelson has announced the addition of Heather K. Iverson to the firm’s Nashville office.
Iverson joins as an associate in Baker Donelson’s Real Estate and Finance Group where she will focus her practice on commercial real estate, assisting clients in a wide variety of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Her experience also includes assisting health care clients in identifying and resolving regulatory issues affecting their transactions.

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has announced that Timothy L. Capria has joined the firm’s Nashville office as an associate on the Intellectual Property team. He previously was with Patterson Intellectual Property Law.

He has a wide range of experience prosecuting patents domestically and internationally, and he conducts freedom to operate opinions and invalidity opinions applicable to the U.S. and other countries. He primarily prosecutes patents in the life sciences and medical device fields, and provides trademark counsel for clients operating in diverse sectors. Before joining Bradley, Mr. Capria clerked in the Intellectual Property Acquisition and Investments group at Amazon.com, Inc. His technical background is in the life sciences, and he has worked as a laboratory technician for one of the world’s largest medical device and diagnostic companies.

Capria earned his J.D. from Duke University and his B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology. He belongs to the Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association and Nashville Bar Association, and serves on the board of Poverty & the Arts.

Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, Black serviced high-end clientele, including: music executives, celebrities, and CEOs through her company, KB Consulting.

Before launching her career with Prudential as a realtor, she worked with Old Republic Home Warranty and Stuart Title. Burnett was awarded “Rookie of the Year”.

In earning her Bachelor’s degree in English from Belhaven College in Jackson, Mississippi, Andrea devoted 10 years as a high school teacher. Andrea transitioned from the classroom into the educational software industry where she provided intuitive insight as a consultant and trainer. Her drive to become a saleswoman has ultimately led her down the path to real estate.

A graduate from Southern Methodist University, Cherie later earned a degree as a Jeweler Gemologist from GIA in California. Due to her passion for helping others, Cherie made the decision that she was destined for the real estate industry.

As a Franklin native, Davis joined the real estate industry in January 2014. As an actor, Tillman works with the Talent Trek Talent Agency and appears in television shows, commercials, music videos, print and films.

Tillman is looking forward to the challenge of assisting buyers, sellers, developers, and investors with their real estate needs. Tillman will be working from the Zeitlin Green Hills office.
