Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc., announces that Brad Simpson, PE, joins the firm as Civil Engineer.
Simpson is a Registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee with a diverse background in civil engineering, transportation, and surveying. He was most recently with the City of Gallatin’s Engineering Division as Project Manager.
He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Simpson is certified in Tennessee Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control (Levels 1 and 2).
Originally from Clarksville, he currently lives in Gallatin.
Concept Technology, Inc.
Concept Technology, Inc., has announced the addition of Ryan Link as support engineer and David VanWie as support analyst.
Prior to joining Concept Technology, Link served as assistant manager for Ever- glades Technologies in New York. In his role as support engineer, Link will work with support analysts, manage client service requests and streamline the company’s support operations.
VanWie previously worked for Southern Land Company as a system administrator. Prior to that, he worked as a tier II mobility specialist for Dell Inc. As support analyst, VanWie will respond to and manage incoming client service requests from the largest IT help desk in Nashville.

Antonio Brooks recently joined Fifth Third Bank’s Tennessee region as assistant vice president and financial center manager. Dana Pacini recently joined as financial center manager.
Brooks, who has over 12 years of financial industry experience, most recently worked as AVP/ Branch Manager IV at SunTrust Bank in Nashville.
A Nashville resident, Brooks loves spending time with his wife and kids. He is involved in his three son’s extra-curricular activities ranging from soccer, football and basketball.
Pacini, who has over three years of financial industry experience, most recently worked as Branch Manager at Springleaf Financial in Nashville. She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.

O’Neill, a seasoned business litigator, will work closely with partners Sam Funk and Scott Sims to represent the firm’s clients in a broad range of complex business disputes. O’Neill’s past employment includes ten years as a partner with the international law firm of McDermott Will & Emory handling complex business litigation matters involving commercial disputes, business torts, intellectual property, product liability, professional liability, and environmental claims. O’Neill has been a frequent guest speaker on issues such as trial practice, professional ethics, litigation avoidance, and calculating damages in complex cases.
O’Neill graduated with honors from Rutgers University and magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law where he served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. O’Neill is admitted to practice in Tennessee and California.

Cindy Stanton, Principal Broker of Parks in Brentwood, was installed as 2017 Division 2 Vice President (Middle Grand Division) for the Tennessee Association of REALTORS at its fall convention. She will serve a two-year tenure as part of the statewide association’s 10-member Executive Committee.
Stanton, CRS, CRB, GRI, ABR, e-PRO, is a veteran of 18 years as a Nashville-area REALTOR. She is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS (GNAR), where she has served as President (2015) and Vice President (2012), among other leadership roles, including as a member of GNAR’s Project Pencil, Habitat for Humanity and Affordable Housing committees. She is a 2009 graduate of Leadership GNAR.
At the state level, Stanton has served as a trustee for the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation (TREEF), a member of the Legislative Affairs Committee, and a champion for the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC). She is a graduate of Leadership TAR. Nationally, Stanton has participated in NAR Leadership Academy and served on the RPAC Participation Council, the Conventional Finance/Policy Committee, and the Student Loan Debt Work Group.
