While water line installation will continue along Lebanon Road in the grass median area between Jackson Downs Drive and Jackson Downs Boulevard, both the two westbound lanes (going into downtown) and eastbound lanes (going out of town) will be open starting from Noon on Thursday, April 13th to Midnight Sunday, April 16th for TDOT holiday schedule, before returning on the 17th to a single lane that is being closed during non-rush hour times.
Until the holiday, crews will continue to work 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Additionally, the center median turn arounds will be temporarily closed while the new pipeline is installed. These will be reopened as soon as the pipe installation is complete and the road is repaved.
